Roadside Vegetation Management
Applicators concerned primarily with weed control along the roadside will find many features
in sprayMapper that will save time and effort associated with required recordkeeping.
The combination of sprayMapper Pro and the latest injection systems from Raven Industries
provides applicators with the most affordable, comprehensive, and reliable toolkit available
today. Take your files from your Raven system directly to your computer and, with a few mouse
clicks, have all of your records, including complete GIS maps, at your disposal.
sprayMapper provides built-in import routines for Raven injection systems, including the
DataBoy, Viper, and Envizio Plus. sprayMapper imports save time by automatically populating
several required recordkeeping items from imported shapefiles, including pesticide amounts
used, size of the treated area, and specific location of the treatment area in both GPS
coordinates and mapped formats. Select the remaining required items from dropdown lists,
such as applicator name, pesticide name(s) for each tank, additive name(s), etc., and your
records are safely stored for as long as you wish to maintain them on our sprayMapper servers.
Individual routes in sprayMapper can be tracked as Projects, allowing for ongoing history to
be maintained and monitored.
Treating the same route as you did 3 months prior, and with the same chemicals? Just highlight
the old Spray Report, click on the “Copy” button, change the date and time, and you’re done.
Copy an entire Spray Report with the click of a button for those areas that require repeated treatments.
Cities and Counties needing to track employee time for their weed control department can use the
timesheet feature in sprayMapper to create monthly timesheet summaries and automatically generate
invoices from their timesheet entries by Customer, Project and/or Contract.
Organizations with in-house GIS departments can generate custom GIS shapefiles automatically using
sprayMapper’s robust GIS Reporting tool. Download GIS files for a specific customer, pesticide,
date range, project, control type, and much more. Create GIS Reports by selecting an area on the
map with the mouse, or choose from among the many filter options available.
Do you have your own GIS files and would like to use them? Ship us your files and we'll customize your online account to show your files within sprayMapper. |
